Business Marketing Manager, DACH Responsibilities:

  • Adapt global and pan-EMEA programmes and initiatives to local needs, mainly through live activations and other Marketing channels in close collaboration with other team members
  • Localize global messaging and narratives to become a DACH fit for events
  • Manage multiple large-scale cross regional live activations and programs simultaneously
  • Work with partner teams throughout the organization to drive collaborative impact through marketing and partner led initiatives – be the cross-functional champion and project manager
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure best in class delivery
  • Socialise & communicate plans across the business and to cross-functional stakeholders, in partnership with regional colleagues
  • Implement best practice project and program management, policy, process and administration, including utilisation of technology
  • Project planning, resource allocation and budget management for large-scale marketing programmes involving multiple stakeholders and collaborators
  • Always be challenging the status-quo, always be Innovating and elevating impact



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Professional fluency in English & German languages
  • Approx. 5+ years’ relevant experience in a marketing, event marketing or a marketing-related role
  • Demonstrable understanding of how to build best in class activation of content through digital and live activations
  • Demonstrated capacity for marketing operations in an Internet and/or advertising environment
  • Proven ability or willingness to work in ambiguous environments, who enjoys managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with proven success
  • Demonstrable alignment with the Meta mission, the region, technology and marketing
  • Ability to handle different internal and external (senior) stakeholders in an agile framework
  • Proven ability - and/or passion - to work in an international matrix organisation that’s entrepreneurial, fast-paced and “always-on”
