As a Business Support, you will be responsible for:
* HR Kronos system administration for Swiss Manufacturing Site
* Supporting employees’ timecards review and update when required
* Strongly partnering with People Leaders supporting them in Kronos system queries
* Ensuring regular Kronos system training to employees
* Collaborating with HR centre of excellence for payroll information update (overtime, employees’ termination) and local HR for al legal queries
* Regular reporting’s, such absenteeism reporting to Value Stream Leaders and holidays/overtime reporting to People Leaders
* Strong collaboration with IT Analyst for continuous improvements implementation within Swiss Manufacturing Kronos system
