C++ Software Engineer - St Gallen & Home Office - Contract to Permanent

Darwin Recruitment have a new open position at one of our key clients who are located in St Gallen, where we are looking for a temporary external consultant to start as soon as possible. This job is for a C++ Software Developer to support on various geospatial projects for my client. More information to follow:

Conditions

  • Start date: August / September 2022 or by arrangement
  • End date of contract: August / September 2023. Will be extended or internalised
  • Workplace: 80% home office / 20% onsite in St Gallen (flexible by arrangement)
  • Gross Hourly Rate: CHF 80-90 / approx CHF 140-170k salary
  • Duration: Long term project (years)

This is you

  • Passionate about software development
  • Professional experience in software development in C++11 and higher, 5+ years
  • Professional experience in multithreaded applications
  • Professional in programming for Windows operating Systems with Visual Studio 2019+
  • Professional in programming with Boost
  • Experience in software development in C# is an advantage
  • Experience in cloud technology, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
