Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to create new and groundbreaking application experiences for Android and iOS platforms.
• Engage in all stages of the development process, including research, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment
• Utilize the latest technologies and software engineering best practices to build applications that interface with our state-of-the-art terrestrial laser scanner instruments
• Uphold the highest standards of product quality by writing clean code, adhering to software engineering principles, and employing automated testing methodologies
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration by working alongside specialists from various teams

Desired Qualifications:

• A relevant university qualification in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
• Proven professional experience in designing and implementing cross-platform applications
• Exceptional proficiency in modern C++ and/or OpenGL/Vulkan/Metal
• Familiarity with Git and CMake
• Experience in mobile application development (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java, JNI, NDK) would be advantageous
• Strong background in software engineering, encompassing design patterns, clean code practices, and continuous integration
• Ability and eagerness to contribute to the architecture and design of software components
• Openness to learning new technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling seamless collaboration within an intercultural and distributed agile environment
