Job Description


This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and driven Campaign Manager looking to take a step forward into the digital media industry. Our Client service team offers a supportive, fast-paced and exciting environment, responsible for delivering our client’s advertising and delivering outstanding ROI.

We’re looking for a motivated individual to take a hands-on role in all levels of digital advertising operations for our clients working alongside our Sales and Ad-Operations team, based in Chiasso.

The role is part of the wider Forward’s team, lastminute.com media hub, and the successful candidate will become a key member of our international team.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Campaign Manager you will work on various media campaigns to make sure they are set up in a timely manner and optimised to give the best results in terms of Click Through Rate and other Key Performance Indicators.
  • Interact with the Sales team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management.
  • Oversee and lead the creative development and set up process for client campaigns.
  • Working closely with internals departments, teams from design, content to operations and trading desk.
  • Manage an integrated mix of marketing tactics including Social, CRM, editorial content and display advertising.
  • Ensures the success of single market and global campaigns against agreed KPIs.
  • Recommend optimisations to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Provide campaign reporting both internally and externally, along with useful insights.

Qualifications


Essential

  • English-speaking: proficient level, essential
  • French-speaking: basic-level (not essential, but highly appreciate)
  • Intermediate Excel skills and Highly analytical
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Highly motivated to work in the field of digital advertising

Desirable

  • Commercially aware with an interest in online advertising
  • Previous experience in a client facing role
  • Second European language is a plus (French preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Previous experience in travel, technology, and/or consumer digital advertising
  • Knowledge of adv/marketing logics behind online advertisement
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Manager (not mandatory)
