Your team

Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

The Human Resources department makes sure the organisation creates an environment where employees will thrive and be motivated to ensure the company success.

Your role

You will join the Human Resources department and be a part of the Pictet Academy team, where you will provide support to the Group’s Graduate Programme Manager. Your main mission will be to source and engage with young talents for internships and entry-level positions, as well as to represent the Group, raising awareness around our Corporate brand in different career or campus events. In this capacity you will be primarily tasked with the following duties:

Career / Campus events management
  • Organising the Group’s representation in career / campus events targeted at students and graduates.
  • Managing events independently, ensuring all related activities are delivered to the highest quality and in accordance with our short and long-term business strategy.
  • Creating and implementing standard recruiting campaigns, both on campus and on social media.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders (universities, the Group’s Communication department, as well as the HR community).

Your profile
  • Prior experience in events or project management, or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of wealth management and/or the financial industry would be an asset.
  • Keen sense of client service and empathy.
  • Strong sense of rigour and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to interact and collaborate with a wide range of people.
  • Native speaker of French or English, with an excellent command of the other language. German is a strong plus.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
