YOUR CAPCO DAY

• Document the impact of the ongoing project on the different business teams and their daily activity
• Inform and communicate about those changes, the value it bring but also their limitations, through training and various communication channels
• If needed, find workaround in order to satisfy the business at its best and facilitate project acceptance
• Collect and share business feedback to the different IT teams, as well as the project management
• Provide visibility on the project acceptance to senior business stakeholders
• Be reactive and support the teams when an issue arise

YOUR CAPCO FIT

• Excellent communication skills in English (German is always a plus and French is highly recommended if you want to apply for your Geneva Office) coupled with presentation skills.
• Extended knowledge of the different departments in a private bank, their role and responsibilities
