The Role

MuleSoft’s success is highly dependent on Channel Solution Engineers (SEs) and their ability to accelerate Global and Regional Partner sourced and influenced revenue, their technical competence and thought leadership.

This person will be responsible for bringing our product knowledge and thought leadership to partners, building personal relationships and supporting their sales and go to market activities. As a member of the team, they will contribute to creating supporting content and programs for those purposes. This will happen in close collaboration with numerous colleagues across the sales and channel organisation.

This person has the abilities to grow into, or already is, an evangelist in how connectivity can solve business challenges, bring innovation and drive transformation, customer experience and vision of Composable Enterprise across industries.

Our team is EMEA wide but the primary responsibility for this role is partners in Germany, Switzerland and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating on our regional channel strategy
  • Planning, contributing to and delivering technical enablement for partners
  • Supporting partners’ pre-sales around accounts
  • Supporting partners’ industry solutions from concept to sales
  • Delivering our technical and industry points of view to partners
  • Hosting joint events with our partners
  • Contributing to our industry leadership in form of articles, blog posts, event speaking
  • Nurturing and growing the partner communities
  • Helping with onboarding and building out the landscape in the Eastern European emerging market
Requirements

The requirements are intellectual curiosity, communication skills, self-starter mentality and humility. Professional background helping in this role include working in pre-sales and/or architecture, preferably in areas of integration and connectivity, stakeholder management, industry knowledge and working with the DACH partner landscape.

Language requirement: native in German, fluent in English.
