Dies sind Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf auf Ihrem Posten und Unterstützung des Teams
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Ideen
• Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) und der betrieblichen Standards
• Fachgerechte und umsichtige Handhabung, Pflege und Reinigung aller Arbeitsmittel
• Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen und Auszubildenden
• Unterstützung des Küchenchefs beim Wareneinkauf

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
• Berufserfahrung in der Küche, bestenfalls in der gehobenen Hotellerie/Gastronomie
• Leidenschaft zu Produkten und handwerkliche Geschicke bei der Verarbeitung der Produkte
• Kreative Ideen sowie Liebe zum Detail und jede Menge Freude an der Arbeit
• Sie verfügen über exzellente Umgangsformen, haben ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sind verantwortungsbewusst.
• Sie haben eine offene, positive Ausstrahlung, sind eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit, welche Freude im Umgang mit einem anspruchsvollen Gästeklientel hat
• Gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse

These are your tasks:

• Responsibility for the smooth running of your post and support of the team.
• Collaboration in the development and implementation of new ideas
• Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) and operational standards
• Professional and careful handling, care and cleaning of all work equipment
• Induction and training of new employees and trainees
• Support of the head chef in the purchase of goods

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a cook
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Professional experience in the kitchen, ideally in the upscale hotel/gastronomy industry
• Passion for products and craftsmanship in the processing of products
• Creative ideas as well as attention to detail and a great deal of pleasure in your work
• You have excellent manners, a well-groomed appearance and are responsible.
• You have an open, positive charisma, are a committed and motivated personality, who enjoys dealing with a demanding clientele of guests
• Good knowledge of German & English
