Chemical Engineer, Delivery Systems–

Your future position?

As a Chemical Engineer, Delivery Systems, you will directly report to the Delivery Systems Operations Coordination Managerand you will manage a team of Technician in Vernier.

You will define, initiate, plan and execute industrialization projects and delivery systems technology programs. You will also lead Delivery Systems technology projects across multiple disciplines working with our different partners (Manufacturing, Purchasing, QA, S&T) Operations Support for complex trouble shooting (customer complaints…) and you will participate in the development of delivery systems technology strategies from a scientific standpoint.

In this exciting opportunity you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

• Industrialize processes to manufacture new delivery systems (from Research or the market) in a safe and competitive way
• Ensure timely industrialization of Business Cases according business requirements
• Support the Customers complaints according to the RACI
• Identify and quantify continuous improvement and technical innovation opportunities in a fast and flexible way
• Develop and execute action plans for the implementation of these improvement opportunities or further technical capabilities
• Support Operations on existing technologies and drive the necessary changes and/or improvements with the chemical production teams
• Monitor and report progress and performance against the project plan
• Manage priorities and change.
• Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize project or production delays
• Interact with internal (Manufacturing, Purchasing, QA, S&T) and external stakeholders
• Be part of the Global team of Delivery Systems Industrialization and support in different initiatives whenever needed

Your success profile includes:

• Chemical Engineer / Chemist PhD or Master in relevant field
• 3 or more years of industrial experience
• Good knowledge of encapsulation polymerisation, formulation, material sciences
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience in project management.
