Your Tasks

• You will be responsible for both managementandstatutory financial statements, manage the overall risks and ensure overall compliance in the country, working closely together with internal stakeholders.
• You will deliverand optimize short- and long-term business performancetogether with the country president by supporting strategy and participating to decision making.
• Provide management with strong financial insights and guidance, especially on performance management and you challenge action plans to achieve targets.
• You will define, harmonize and implement standard processes and lead the change.
• Leading the digital transformation of the finance function will be one of your main responsibilities.
• Further, you will also contribute or lead projects at country level.
• You will also actively participate in and co-lead the territory finance council and play an active role within our internal finance community.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies within the field of finance. An international master’s degree in international business is advantageous.
• You have a proven track record in a multinational company within the field of finance, preferably with an international background.
• During your career you have gained strong leadership skills.
• In addition, you have already gathered experiences with transforming organizations and implementing standard processes on a global level.
• Experiences in the support of mergers & acquisitions are highly appreciated.
• You are a leader who is able to foster cooperation and collaboration within different teams horizontally as well as vertically.
• You have a good understanding and track record in driving internal control, compliance agenda and finance transformation.
• Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you are able toengage with others and drive outcomes.
• You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills. German language skills are advantageous.
