- Over 350,000 Consulting companies, IT Vendors, freelancers etc to identify their next projects and submit their consultants/candidates profile.
- The whole ecosystem to collaborate from Sourcing to Payment digitally (legal support, performance monitoring tools, timesheets, invoicing etc.)
- Assist and communicate with the CEO and leadership team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Taking charge of strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, timely completion, and exceptional results that supports our company’s growth, in a multicultural and international environment.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
- Serve as liaison between staff, business partners, and leadership team regarding project updates, proposals, planning and general climate.
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, and planning for leadership meetings to drive, socialize and execute on decisions.
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and managers on special projects.
- Establish communication across all teams and serve as a subject matter expert within the organization to identify opportunities, handle inquiries, resolve issues and develop action plans to address them.
- Master’s degree
- French & English fluent
- 3+ years in strategic projects management, business management and/or consulting
- Proven experience in a high growth environment driving alignment, organizing, and directing across multiple teams and departments toward common goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and decision-making skills, with ability to act independently when necessary.
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and exceptional presentation, verbal/written communication skills.
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivitywith a drive to improve processes and resolve outstanding issues.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
- Experience with budget management, resource planning and/or driving workforce agenda.
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
- English and French a must, Spanish, Italian and other languages nice to have.
