Clinical Project Physician

We are currently looking for a Project Physician who will be a responsible member of a clinical team dedicated to the development and execution of medical strategies and the clinical and operational implementation of a complex compound program. As our Project Physician you will provide active medical and scientific contribution to a cross-functional clinical team, and also provide input to the clinical development plan, working on the development of the clinical trial protocol, clinical trial materials, and taking ownership for the content of clinical study reports and relevant documents for regulatory filings (at both early and late stages).

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Medical monitoring/reporting of clinical studies
  • Evaluate adverse events (pre and post-marketing)
  • Assist Regulatory Affairs in the development of drug regulatory strategies and in determining requirements for any corrective actions or health authority reporting
  • Act as a medical contact at the company for health authorities concerning clinical/medical issues
  • Interpret, report and prepare oral and written summaries of product research results
  • Support general Clinical/Clinical Pharmacology/Medical Affairs/Market Access activities involving product evaluation, labeling and surveillance
  • Member or lead of cross-functional teams for evaluation of new product ideas, implement franchise business strategies, etc.
  • Support or lead publication of clinical research findings and presentations
  • Develop credible relationships with KOLs

Qualifications
  • MD (or equivalent) required, neuroscience speciality preferred
  • MS expertise is an asset
  • Min. 5 years pharma / clinical development experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience and knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical trials and for the appropriate contributions to regulatory filings
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible thinking, adaptability
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and dispersed team
