A major pharmaceutical company in Switzerland is looking for a Clinical Technology & Innovation (CT&I) Engagement Manager to join their Global Development Operations Clinical technology & Innovation team. Responsibilities

Own and deploy Engagement Plan:
  • Define and deploy channels & approach within portfolio engagements
  • Responsible for accuracy of portfolio distribution lists
  • Supports CT&I LT in creating senior stakeholder meetings material
  • Planning and development of key internal engagement deliverables such as key messages, Q&As and leadership communications
  • Develop and execute strategic and integrated engagement plan, encompassing communication and stakeholder interventions for CT&I technology and innovation portfolio suite to support business adoption
  • Provide senior level consultation and support when required
  • Develop and maintain internal news flow (strategy, news rhythm and content) ensuring proper sequencing and cascade of program communications
  • Management of the review and approval process for the different engagement deliverables
  • Define and manage KPIs on feedback mechanisms (surveys, polls, etc)
Act As Engagement Business Partner For Program Leadership
  • Act as primary interface to CT&I engagement
  • Provide leadership messages, Town hall decks, presentations, blog articles, etc Liaise with relevant CT&I portfolio project team members to obtain content:
Coaching and consulting support to the CT&I technology and innovation portfolio suite project teams:
  • Support for strategic approaches and content for project news
  • Review and advisement on engagement plan
  • Distribution Lists
  • Surveys
  • Attendance at various project meetings
  • Review and advisement on planned engagement and impactful end user messaging
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in engagement, communications, management consulting, project management, change management or training
  • Experience in working alongside management consultants in large global programs
  • Outstanding communications skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent English
