They are undergoing a transformation with respect to culture and outside perception. The organisation focusses on novel therapies in Oncology and Ophthalmology and is also currently developing a world-leading pipeline in Neuroscience and Dermatology with one of the strongest pipelines of Phase II/III studies in the world.Clinical Trial Leader 100%Main Responsibilities
  • Managing and executing assigned clinical trials, from study concept to reporting according to timelines, budget, operational and quality standards;
  • Authoring the clinical study protocols and other study essential documents;
  • In collaboration with outsourcing/planning/feasibility personnel identifying sites and manage study set-up, including responsibility for organizing and chairing the Investigator meetings;
  • Being responsible for ordering and management of clinical trial materials, including drug supplies and CRFs;
  • Training and supporting the CRAs (Clinical Research Associates) and CROs (Contract Research Organizations) on study protocol and related questions and serve as point of contact for managing/answering questions relating to trial procedures and subjects’ eligibility;
  • Overseeing the Trial Master File for assigned studies;
  • Assisting in data review and interactions with the Data Manager, Statistician, and third parties.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;
  • At least 5 years in clinical trial management in a multinational environment using different models for trial execution;
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience at managing multiple, complex clinical trials;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment managing multiple priorities.
