Votre quotidien

Your Main Duties Will Be To

Join us as our new Cluster Revenue Director:
  • Be in charge of all aspects of Revenue Management for InterContinental Genève and Crowne Plaza Genève.
  • Develop and coordinate the two hotels’ pricing and marketing mix strategies for rooms and conference sales.
  • Prepare the annual budget and forecasts and monitor their evolution over the course of the year.
  • Confirm and develop the hotels’ positioning by working on optimization opportunities in accordance with each property’s market plan.
  • Manage the Reservations team.
Ce que nous attendons de vous

From a Higher Education in Hospitality or from a Business School, you have solid background in Rooms Division or in Conference & Events. You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in Revenue Management. A previous experience in a Cluster position for several properties of the same category and capacity is highly desirable.

You are fluent in English and French, at a C1 level minimum. Mastering a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable. Excellent computer skills (MS Office, PMS, reservation systems, GDS, CRS, Extranet) are necessary.

You are a dynamic, proactive, innovative and result-oriented person. You have excellent analytical skills and an extensive knowledge of the market.
