As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patient access processes, contributing to the successful launch of our products and making new therapies available for patients This position offers and excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry while working closely with cross-functional teams, having a diverse field of responsibility and gaining a lot of purpose from your daily work.Job Purpose
  • Enables the department to focus on business-relevant topics in relation to patient access by providing competent & timely support on administrative & operational tasks
  • Supports the team in managing projects under the supervision of the project owner
  • Guides internal and external stakeholders and partners in meeting process, legal and compliance standards and requirements.
ProcurementYour responsibilities:
  • Manages assigned projects in the team under the guidance and supervision of the project owner
  • Handles end-to-end payment processes to suppliers/ service providers/ health insurer/ authorities via electronic data processing systems such as eMP/Ariba, HPR or Batch Payment process
  • Coordinates Master Data requests for suppliers and other external partners
  • Coordinates creation, review, renewal, extension and cancellation of contracts and agreements in collaboration with the responsible person
Finance
  • Manages departmental budget and supports controlling processes in collaboration the with Finance team
  • Supports coordination and execution of business planning processes in the team and takes accountability to present and meet departmental budgets targets in close collaboration with the budget holders
Administrations
  • Handling of certificates and required legalization processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of department activities
  • Preparing departmental dashboards and reports
  • Supports document management, knowledge storage and records retention management processes of the entire team
  • Facilitates onboarding of new team members
  • Supports planning and execution of events, such as internal training, meetings, congresses, and proactive customer events
  • Supporting the department head in administrative matters such as agenda and travel management
  • Collaboration with Associate Network is expected for projects and leave coverage and to balance workload peaks
  • Accountable for full compliance and activities with laws, J&J regulations and HCBI principles. Role models JNJ Credo
Who We Are Looking For
  • Commercial Education or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working; relevant professional working experience from an international organization in a comparable position is considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Project Management Skills
  • High IT affinity, operation of various systems and databases
  • Financial signature level: according to Financial Approval Matrix
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach of problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
