Position at Logitech

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Amazon Europe, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing the sales & partnership between Logitech and Amazon in Europe to increase revenues & In House Shares, improve profitability, and manage all aspects related to the commercial relationship. You will work closely with the European Amazon Category Managers, support functions, Amazon operation and markets to coordinate all the cross-brand & category initiatives. You will build the region’s sales plan to support markets & categories to execute quarterly and yearly plans.

  • Be accountable for the sales performance (DCS/SO), growth to net investment and the commercial relationship with Amazon.
  • Collaborate with the European Amazon team and ensure local Amazon teams execute their business plans.
  • Be responsible for yearly agreements negotiation & execution.
  • Achieve assigned targets (revenue, profitability, forecast accuracy, and financial planning) in collaboration with Category Managers and markets.
  • Develop the business by playing a lead role in executing business development opportunities by identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with supply the forecast and drive project (ie Direct Import).
  • Drive and coordinate all big events at Amazon (product selection, quantities / forecast,...).
  • Implement sales quarterly key metrics and execute plans.
  • Coordinate and support implementation of EU partnerships to develop cross-merchandising.
  • Share, with the support of Category Managers, best practices.
  • Support claim and finance teams to monitor and resolve disputes.
  • Contribute to business management across channels and improvement.
  • Work and validate customer commercial needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador.
Your Skills

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
  • Extensive experience with consumer electronics or FMCG in multi-channel / multi-category business.
  • Solid background in account management of large etail accounts or worked in large etailers.
  • Having already worked for or with Amazon is a strong plus.
  • Structured, highly driven, and solution-oriented with ability to build strategic relationships.
  • Ability to work in multi-functional matrix organisations.
  • Fluent in English / French and German are a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales, & financial acumen & ability to drive and coordinate projects.
