- Your mission at Climeworks is to participate in bringing the Direct Air Capture (DAC) industry to scale, by developing business models for Climeworks CDR services for B2B enterprise customers.
- In this role, you identify commercial opportunities, and support the Go-to-Market strategy definition and implementation.
- You support the Strategic Partnerships Managers with market and industry insights, prioritization of segments, definition of products and value propositions, including pricing and terms.
- You assess and model opportunity sizing.
- You are the Project Manager for strategic initiatives for the Commercial Unit.
- You work closely with various departments (Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Communication, and Policy teams) to develop coordinated approaches to the market and generate future growth. You act as a role model for Climeworks’ core values.
- You have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- You have at least 4 years of work experience in Consulting or in a sales strategy role. Experience with Go-to-Market strategy is a plus.
- You are passionate about climate tech and ideally have experience with sustainability and carbon markets.
- You have deep knowledge in analyzing markets, customers and competitors and you can manage complex projects with cross functional stakeholders.
- You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to grasp and evaluate complex issues holistically.
- You are entrepreneurially minded, data oriented, and customer focused and consider yourself an excellent communicator who thrives working in a team.
- You are fluent in English and ideally in German.
