A current vacancy as a Communication Associate with a leading pharmaceutical company is available in Switzerland.

Our client is looking for candidates based in Switzerland / EU passport holders for a part-time 12-month contract.

The successful candidate will be a highly energised and motivated communicator with (preferably background in journalism) strong writing skills in German and English, including knowledge/interest to do podcast and video recordings and editing. Good organisation skills and disciplined approach to story reporting are a must.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle and coordinate communications activities e.g., maintain and improve systems, follow up inquiries and provide reliable information on communications activities, participate/lead communications projects aimed at improving processes, etc.
  • Implement pre-defined communications projects to support the delivery of external and internal communications strategies and plans
  • KPIs: Quality of project deliverables and outcomes i.e., timelines, reliability & quality of managed tasks and projects
  • Customer feedback and satisfaction on collaboration and deliverables
Candidate’s Requirements
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in German and English
  • Background in communication, journalism, or natural sciences
  • General understanding of/interest in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to write crisp newsletters/ (social media copy) for live magazine
  • Controlling upload of media assets on website
  • Good organization skills to manage online publication calendar
  • Handling of legal and model release forms
  • Interest/ability to write long-form articles on healthcare and science related topics is a plus
  • Interest/ability to create new podcast formats is a plus
  • Interest/ability to develop/work on social media assets is a plus
