RMIT Professional Resources AGCommunications Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your Tasks
  • Advising internal stakeholders regarding client communication and guide them through the production process, supporting documents, and guidelines
  • Verifying tone of voice and layout of client letters and related enclosures such as brochures, fact sheets, forms according to CI and CD guidelines
  • Editing texts in English and German
  • Producing mass mailings including various language versions and coordinating the production with internal stakeholders as well as external providers such as translation agencies and proof-readers
  • Managing client letter templates including the address data base
  • Maintaining the terminology database
Your Experience/knowledge
  • Previous work expertise in the financial industry or client communications business
  • Finished University degree or similar education in linguistics or communications
  • Language skills: English and German ? fluent in written and spoken, French, Italian and Spanish skills are advantageous

  • Highly service-oriented with a quick perception
