Our client, based in Basel, is looking for a Compliance Partnerships Leader for a contract until the end of year with possibility of extension

Your Responsibilities
  • Ability to lead with Leadership framework that includes Creative Leadership and the VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) model
  • Embed the Pharma Operating Principles in the way of working, including customer centric mindset.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, motivational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated consistent achievement of team delivery as per commitments and outcomes
  • Communicates with energy and passion to engage and inspire others, able to define the best communication strategy and technique depending on the business needs
  • Ability to effectively engage, and synergize with others while collaborating towards a common goal
  • Ability to manage and improve customer-centric processes, in line with the applicable requirements
  • Show a clear mindset for agile ways of working. Have appropriate knowledge of agile methodologies e.g. Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean etc.
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge in digital technologies
  • Have an overall understanding of the activities conducted in Medical Affairs
Your Profile
  • Life sciences degree or nursing equivalent or substantial experience in a clinical research/healthcare/pharma environment for several years
  • Ideally 7 to 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical or health sector in similar positions or responsibilities
  • Extensive experience in GCP, GVP and healthcare compliance
  • Ability to lead inconsistency with the Roche Values and Roche Leadership framework that includes Creative Leadership and the VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) model
  • Embed the Pharma Operating Principles in the way of working, including customer-centric mindset
  • Demonstrated consistent achievement of team delivery as per commitments and outcomes
  • Show a clear mindset for agile ways of working. Have appropriate knowledge of agile methodologies e.g.Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean, etc.
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge in digital technologies
  • Have an overall understanding of the activities conducted in Medical Affairs
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
