Role Overview
Leading our team based in Zurich, you will play a key role in growing the business in the area and overseeing project delivery for fifty-five’s prestigious clients covering data strategy, future-proof architecture, media performance, insights and user experience.
Reporting to the Swiss Managing Director based in Geneva, you will manage a growing team of consultants as well as liaise with our Tracking Services and Expertise & Innovation teams of subject-matter experts.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects and overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze client needs and challenges; design solutions in a concise, clear and realistic way in line with 55’s methodology and best practices
- Lead client pitches and proposals
- Handle senior client communication, nurture long-term relationships with our clients and technology partners (eg. Google)
- Execute and update our business plan for the area, develop ambitious account plans and monitor sales performance
- Develop collaboration with our other offices for regional and global accounts coordination
- Actively contribute to marketing comms activities in collaboration with the marketing team
Required Skills & Experience
- 7/10+ years experience in consulting firms or digital/media agency with solid client-facing and business development experience
- Excellent written, visual and oral communication; fluency in storytelling and visual communications via slides and data visualization
- A proactive can-do approach to coach and lead teammates in-person and/or remotely
- Solid experience in project management in an international context with both business and technology stakeholders
- Self-driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a collaborative approach
- Comfortable with networking and speaking opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to close leads and nurture senior management relationships
- Business-level proficiency in English and German is mandatory, Swiss German and French are a plus
