This position is an international function covering global contract management activities. As Contract Manager, you are responsible for the Contract Life Cycle Process incl. contract drafting, initiation, qualification, preparation, negotiation, execution/management. You process various types of contracts and serve as the point of contact for customer on contractual matters. You will report to Head of Contract Management within our Group Services organization (Sales Excellence – Strategic Business).Role+Responsibility
  • Negotiate and/or support negotiations of terms, conditions and pricing
  • Ensures that Contracts with customers’ are accurately implemented and executed
  • Works with and guide different levels of personnel within Endress+Hauser to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy
  • Evaluate and monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations
  • Make performance metrics with customers’ a dedicated part of the business’ regular contract management reviews
  • Provide guidance on contractual matters to account managers and Sales Center
Qualification+Profile
  • Excellent communication and good negotiation skills
  • Accurate and analytic thinking in numbers
  • Assertiveness & persuasiveness (diplomatically)
  • Take ownership for own work
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Contract Management
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
