Our Client, a leading Industrial Group with presence in major and Key Markets, wishes to have in its Team a brilliant

CONTROLLER

first of all SMART (as they would say nowadays), with a vision of numbers, of production, of outcomes; and values aligned with a humanistic leadership model which promotes a gradual change.

Requirements

  • Education in economic/financial or engineering disciplines
  • Post-graduate training in Controlling
  • Good command of English language
  • In-depth knowledge and familiarity with the use of SAP to its full potential
  • The experience gained in a manufacturing context is essential
  • Cost controlling, margin forecasting on bids and tenders
  • Analytical thinking, a feel for numbers, ability to see the “bigger picture”, effective communication
  • T-shaped personality, able to inspire rather than influence
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and balanced personality, in order to support a change management phase

Responsibilities

  • Creation of business plan
  • Responsible for determining costing in order to support the Technical Sales Department
  • Annual budget
  • Monthly budget forecast
  • Investment control
  • Internal and external audit management
  • Promoting a focus on objectives that generate value

The position is permanent, full time and located in the Chiasso Area.
