For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a

Copywriter & Employee Communications Specialist

For this role we are looking for a communication specialist with excellent English and copywriting skills to join our clients team within the HR function.


Your Qualifications:
  • Min. 2+ years’ experience in copywriting, proofreading and editing
  • Ability to rewrite HR and IT technical jargon in an engaging way
  • Work experience in customer/employee experience management would be of advantage
  • Experienced with detailed communication planning
  • Quick learner of new technology and technical jargon
  • A supportive team player, reliable and proactive but can work self-directed and autonomous, if needed
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proficient with Office 365 Teams, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Native English speaker

Your Responsibilities:
  • Proactively review and edit the wording and flow of conversations to be used in a new chatbot
  • Rewrite and edit existing HR content into HR knowledge articles, working with the content owners to make sure information is accurate and engaging
  • Ensure the client’s tone of voice is consistently used across all channels
  • Support the project team with the migration of content to different tools
  • Provide basic communication and tone of voice training to a variety of stakeholders, including content owners and the project team
  • Help coordinate multiple stakeholder engagements, such as setting up meetings/group sessions
  • Ensure alignment on overall program communication approach and plan
  • Liaise with other internal Communications teams for training, align approach and to implement the communication plans
