We are looking for a profile for a Swiss Private Bank : Corporate Actions Officer - M/F

Permanent opportunity - immediate availability

Good understanding of the risks inherent to the corporate actions environment and demonstrate good discipline around control and escalation.
Build lasting client relationships
Consistently comply with internal & external regulations

Daily business responsibilities

Handle activities of one of the following pools:
Receipt of information:
Cross analyze information received: custodians swifts, agent/Funds prospectus andfinancial providers (such as Bloomberg, Telekurs)
Create adequate corporate event in the corporate action database
Answer to questions from Relationship Managers, other internal departments,external parties including clients.
Notification of information: Write announcement to Relationship Managers and Clients Overall responsibilities
Follow-up on various topics and issues over the lifecycle of a Corporate Action
Interchange from one pool to the other, depending on needs
Collaborate with others team members outside the assigned pool
At least 3-years’ experience in a similar role
Bachelor Degree
English - Fluent
