To strengthen our team in Bulle/Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Organization Analyst in our Corporate Structure & Organization departement. The scope of duties includes the following:

Responsibilities:

  • You analyse organizational structures within the matrix structures of our international Sales & Service Companies and gain understanding of local specificities and their impact on the local organizations
  • You identify and define together with key stakeholders (Ultimate Holding, Divisional Holdings, Sales & Service Companies) best practices in terms of organization and ensure these are communicated to the appropriate target groups
  • You support Sales & Service Companies in implementing best practices locally
  • You work closely with the Groupe Controlling Team to manage and define key KPIs relevant to the organizational structure of the Sales & Service Companies
  • You act as facilitator between central functions within the Sales & Service Companies and key Competence Centres at Group Level
  • You prepare and present fact-sheets on the Sales & Service Companies intended for top-level Managing Directors

Competencies:

  • A degree in Economics, Business, IT or Finance
  • Extensive project management and communication skills
  • Ability to identify stakeholders and understand their needs
  • 5 years work experience in the areas of subsidiairies controlling, within a Sales & Service Company or similar
  • You feel comfortable in using MS Office, Sharepoint
  • Good knowledge in German written and spoken, additional language knowledge a plus
  • You have a pragmatic approach, work independently, with a hands-on and a results driven mentality
  • You show diplomatic and listening skills and feel comfortable in dealing with multiple businesses, product groups, cultures and time zones
  • Flexibility for international travel (30%), in Europe and worldwide
