Our client is an international industrial corporation located in 34 countries with 139 companies, offers products and solutions that enable the safe transport of liquids and gases, as well as lightweight casting components and high-precision manufacturing technologies.For our client, we are looking for a Manager Corporate Risk Specialist at the headquartered in Schaffhausen. In your role, you will be responsible for the Risk Management process of the Group. You will be directly reporting to the Chief Risk Officer and work in close collaboration with the Risk Management organization in the Divisions as well as in central functions (IT).Are you willing to play a key role in the international company’s continuing success, have plenty of drive, appreciate extensive development opportunities in a dynamic and international environment and fancy a new challenge?   • Support of Chief Risk Officer in Management of global ERM process including definition of standards and directives as well as the coordination of the annual corporate reporting process
  • Ownership of the Corporate Risk Management tool R2C Schleupen including user support, training and coordination of reporting process across the organization
  • Optimization and further development of existing risk management processes and methods
  • Providing expert advice to ERM organization on risks and actions, coordinate expert exchange and manage best practice exchange.
  • Ensure ERM process in line with latest regulatory developments (internal/ external) i.e. ESG, TCFD
  • Preparation of management presentations and workshops to the Executive Management and Board of Directors
Your profile :
  • A Bachelor’s, master’s degree in business administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in the field of risk management, business continuity management or corresponding consulting
  • Sound knowledge of methods and tools in holistic risk management as well as business continuity management
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Fluent English skills are a must, German language skills are an advantage.
