We are looking for a Costing and Planning expert.

The opportunity is on a 170 million CHF project. Our end client, in the pharmaceutical industry, needs a cost controller with a strong technical background.

You must speak both German and English, German is required on a daily basis, and English when reporting to a project committee.

Tasks:

  • Development of a work package structure in cooperation with the scheduling and the project manager.
  • Define Work break down structure (in SAP) for the planning phase/implementation phase.
  • Preparation of an engineering resource plan (FTE load)
  • Estimation of internal and external engineering costs
  • Regular posting of goods receipts in SAP Posting of accruals or down payments in SAP
  • Determine and update the VOWD (Value of Work Done) on a monthly basis.
  • Monthly determination and updating of the control budget
  • Preparation and Project Monthly Report
  • Finalize project financially and identify benchmarks
  • Preparation of the PCR final project report

Qualifications

  • 5 years Pharma Experience
  • Working efficiency in German and English
