Your Role

Reporting to the Head of IT CRM Services and Analytics, the CRM Manager will be responsible for supporting the IT CRM strategy, managing internal and external resources (approximately 10-20 people), for the entire service line and driving and improving a transformational program of change.

Your Profile
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), any other European language is an advantage
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • At least 8 years experience in CRM Project Management
  • Excellent project and program management capabilities, with proven delivery experience of complex implementations
