We are currently recruiting Customer Care and Sales Traineepositions for a year for our sales office in the heart of Zurich; start date January 2022.

Your responsibilities

As a sales coordinator, you are the main contact for future and existing students, from the moment they enquire until they have completed their course. Your job includes a diverse set of tasks ranging from sales and customer support - in person, online and by phone to ensure we offer the best possible service to our customers. The position requires you to be goal-driven with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. You should be self-motivated and you understand the fine balance between sales efficiency and first class customer service! You enjoy doing daily administrative routines as well as using your communicative skills in pitching the winning sales call.

As a customer service-oriented person, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction will be your highest priority, achieved through excellent administration skills, inter-departmental communication and willingness to go the extra mile. You will build strong relationships with our sales offices around the world and ensure EF Switzerland is well regarded amongst EF colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

• Native in Swiss German and a good English level, both oral and written
• Passion for education and travel
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong sense of ownership and the drive to succeed
• Flexibility and positive attitude
