For our site in Geneva we are looking for a CustomerProject Manager (100%, all genders)

In this role, you will

  • Be responsible for the realisation of customers projects for our traction substation activity (management, budget, schedule and monitoring of projects’ progress.)
  • Manage the communication with the customer during the duration of the project.
  • Ensure the delivery of the equipment according to the contract with the customer (Quality, cost, time and performance).
  • Manage the support of the site team (installation, commissioning and training).
  • Valorise modification requests of the customer and get acceptance by the customer of the amendment to the contract.
  • Travel (max 30%)
  • Develop a strong relationship with the customers

In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Education and training:

  • Engineering degree, ideally in Electrical field

Experience & Skills:


  • At least five years’ successful experience as project manager in electrical field (strongly preferred: power distribution, renewable energy, electrical equipment, electrical machine, railway, traction power, etc.)
  • Contract management, understanding of legal terms
  • Railway or traction power experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills
  • Ability to be a team leader as well as a team player

Languages:

English fluent (B2 level, required); ideally French at B2 level, knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish strongly preferred
