We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator (m/f/d) for Arxada (100%). If you like making a difference, they are the company for you!As Customer Service Administrator, you interact directly with the customers, executing day-to-day complex activities within order process and logistics to ensure smooth operation with data accuracy and quality. You act as a bridging function in the value chain between inbound (e.g. Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain) and outbound focused functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales), facilitating information collection to handle customers’ queries.Key Responsibilities
  • Process complex customer orders in SAP.
  • Dealing with our Bank in regard of Letter of Credits.
  • Plan shipment to customers, using complex logistics routes.
  • Liaise with manufacturing and planning to ensure availability of product.
  • Liaise with Logistics to ensure shipments meet customer requirements.
  • Manage import / export, shipping and other associated documentation.
  • Handling and reporting of customer and vendor complaints and responsibility for Quality and DMS assistance at Basel office.
  • Creating invoices or credit notes and request special export documentation in cooperation with the chamber of commerce or embassy
  • Work experience in Customer Service
  • Good Supply Chain knowledge
  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound shipping processes
  • Technical understanding is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Very good MS Office and SAP skills
  • Very good English skills are mandatory
  • Good German skills are an advantage
