Your tasks

With regular travel to the various Division’s offices, Head office in Biel and key markets customers visits, your responsibilities are :
  • Be responsible for your Services Road Maps on one side collecting market trends from the field, market studies and voice of customers, data crunching; on the other side working closely with R&D/ suppliers.
Team with segments and machine business counterparts. Give a clear focus to differentiation, customers value added perceived and captivity aspects when designing services.
  • Manage best price positioning and end users prices definition at the front executing processes and marketing best practices, with full consideration of value that targeted customer will perceive as well as competition counterattacks and market prices. Team with heads of market regions to collect competition data.
  • Ensure Market support: Be a leader on sales enablement approach finding means that ease our front sales organization to explain the story of our services and their benefit. Collect return from sales, support them daily, develop close relationship and tune offering when needed. Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our services benefits and means set up to achieve GFMS goals.
  • Define related communication and promotional activities to attack new markets, preserve installed base from erosion. Team with Communication coordinator and communication team to execute, find potential synergies. Strongly consider new ways of buying and interacting with customers such as digital purchasing platform.
  • Bring economical perspectives to Marketing and Sales actions. Monitor results and take correcting actions.
  • Apply 4DX rules and best practices to run your activity on daily basis and finally achieve your goals.

Your profile

  • Education & Training:
  • Marketing degree (SAWI or equivalent)
  • Experience:
  • Large experience in marketing processes development and implementation
  • Large past experience in product marketing, digital marketing and product management
  • Strong technical background mandatory
  • Languages:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Other languages i.e. French, German or Italian are an asset.
  • Other(s):
  • At ease with matrix organisation, collaborative, and multi cultural teams.
  • IT skills:
  • MS office proficient, ERP, CRM, analysis tools
  • Personal skills:
  • Competitive, refuse-to-lose attitude, strong work ethic, excellent team building, influencing skills
  • Management skills:
  • Proven track records of project management with matrix organisation
  • Others:
  • Willingness and ability to travel when needed
  • Large company experience is a plus.
