We are looking for employees who will actively shape the future of the HOLY FASHION GROUP, so apply now as In this exciting and varied internal sales function, you will be responsible for the full-range support of windsor. customers in a sales area and ensure perfect service at all times. You are the central contact person for our customers, actively sell our goods on the phone and always ensure their timely delivery. Furthermore, you accompany the entire administrative sales process from order entry to the monitoring of incoming payments or open items, handle all customer inquiries and are an active participant in important customer meetings with the sales field service. In addition, you will prepare customer as well as sales analyses and monitor the corresponding delivery dates. Close cooperation with the sales managers and the merchandising team rounds off your exciting field of activity. Required experience and skills:

  • a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in textile or apparel management
  • ideally, initial work experience in internal sales and/or sales
  • good user and IT skills (MS-Office, SAP R/3)
  • english spoken and written, and ideally another foreign language
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • intrinsic motivation to actively make a difference in our business activities
  • quick perception and structured way of working
  • a positive mindset and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
