How You Can Make An Impact -

  • Own the user engagement
  • Own the onboarding process
  • Relationship builds with key stakeholders at valued customer organization
  • Gain a in depth understanding of customer’s needs, business objectives, business challenges and be able to map them to product features.
  • Enable a solid feedback loop between customers and the product team
  • Work closely with sales and the product team to ensure new B2B collaborations, successful B2B renewals and identify areas to recommend additional services
  • Monitor and analyse the use of customer data, health indicators, B2B renewal dates and potential growth opportunities
  • Act as an internal stakeholder on the behalf of your customers

You make this impact, as you bring -

  • Experience in previous customer success role
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in the property management/accounting is a plus
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical, conceptual but innovative mindset
  • Driven, self-efficient, flexible and enthusiastic person who enjoys a fast paced start up environment
  • Fluent English and German language skills
