Customer Success Manager – International Clients

Location: Switzerland



Our client has thousands of people collecting and processing data for machine learning every single day. Their solution can classify texts and photos, record and transcribe audio, and select objects in images. The platform is used by companies around the globe to train technologies like computer vision, speech recognition, search algorithms, and recommendation systems.



The company is expanding their global client base and needs an expert who can run projects for their partners around the world. If you have excellent organizational and communication skills along with some basic technical skills, this is a great opportunity.



In this position, you will interact with:




  • Developers and testing engineers to make sure that the tools are working correctly and to plan new features

  • Internal and external clients, including representatives of international companies. You will provide consulting, discuss business tasks, help create projects, check settings, and troubleshoot when something goes wrong

  • Users who are collecting and processing data

  • You will also have access to training to gain expertise in our products and services



Key Responsibilities




  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with international clients

  • Develop and implement growth strategies within client companies

  • Update client information to share with team members

  • Coordinate and define requirements specifications for international clients

  • Evaluate results for speed and quality

  • Make presentations of projects and features

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer ideas for improvements

  • Run experiments and perform research, analyse results, and make conclusions

  • Answer questions from clients and users

  • Attend meetings with international partners

  • Consult international clients and coach them on effective crowdsourcing



Key Requirements




  • Fluent conversational English and business writing skills;

  • Presentation skills

  • Basic programming experience in Python or Java

  • High level of independence

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with tolerance for multitasking

  • Interest in learning and self-development

  • Task switching skills




  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts

  • Basic knowledge of data labeling and assessments

  • Experience working in a team

  • High productivity

  • Willingness to work with evolving requirements in rapidly developing services

  • Flexibility for irregular work hours in force majeure situations

  • Competence in leading discussions and recording results.
