As part of its current European expansion, Exoscale is recruiting a Customer support manager to join our headquarter offices in Lausanne.

Job purpose:

The customer support manager will focus on expanding Exoscale’s support service team and portfolio.

What you do:
  • Shape and build our upcoming premium 24/7 support service
  • Grow the support specialist team and implement a multi level service
  • Manage the customer support day-to-day activities and planning
  • Respond to escalated customer support issues.
  • Improve our existing support processes and documentation to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Improve and develop the existing support tooling for better efficiency and user experience
  • Establish key metrics and KPIs
  • Mentor and evaluate the support specialist team training efforts
  • Support the sales team for any customer support related inquiry
  • Act as a Customer Success Manager with key customers

What you offer:
  • Proven experience as a customer support specialist in an IT environment
  • Prior experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Good knowledge of Cloud technologies
  • Familiar with ITIL methodology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Have excellent English skills, written and spoken
  • Ideally fluent in either French or German
  • Team player and comfortable working in a distributed team
