CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)

For the reinforcement of our customer service department at the location Gossau SG we are looking for a motivated and team-oriented personality as technician customer service.

Main Tasks:

  • Independent planning and execution of support, repair and installation services
  • Independent troubleshooting using various means of communication (telephone, mail, ticket system or on site) Willingness to travel approx. 20-30%.
  • Provide technical support according to service level agreements via ticket system
  • Supporting project management and customers in the preparation, planning and implementation of projects
  • Creating documentation and technical manuals

Your Qualification:

  • A basic education in the electronic, electrotechnical or automotive field with motivation for further development in the field of information technology
  • German and English knowledge in word and writing (level A2 to B1)
  • Experience with assembly and installation work is an advantage
  • Experience with IT (affinity for software and IP communication) advantageous
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge and to develop permanently
  • Interest to support our customers in German and English in multichannel support (phone, mail,)
