Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Customer Technical Specialist, Diagnostics Europe will be in charge of in-the-field activities to support Advanced Accelerator Applications customers all over Europe. He/she will work for internal activities closely with internal operations, Quality Assurance teams and corporate functions to develop procedures, manage documents and records.

Major Activities:
  • Actively support roll-out of new Gallium-68 based radiopharmaceuticals at hospitals across Europe, through: In-person training (including preparation of hospital to be ready for training); On-site trouble-shooting (short notice travel required); Remote assistance via phone and/or video calls;
  • Contribute to improvements in materials specifications and support in development of SOP’s linked to training
  • Provide fast and responsive support to hospital customers.
  • Actively support customers in case of complaints, performing technical investigation and collaborating with Quality Assurance team at local and corporate level.
  • Provide internal training to AAA associates in direct/indirect contact with HCPs
  • Provide inputs for launch of new diagnosis products based on lessons learned on the field
  • Collaborates with rest of operations team, as well as AAA corporate functions and other facilities
Minimum Requirements

Education:

University Degree of Chemistry required

Languages:

English verbally and in writing

Experience/Professional requirements:

2 years’ experience as Radiochemist or Radiopharmacist in pharmaceutical industry preferred

Experience in nuclear pharmacy is an asset

Preferred Previous Experience In Customer Service Roles

Strong analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong personal ethics and responsibility to purpose

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent English written and oral communication skills

Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.

Availability to travel 60-80%, and with short notice
