In this varied and exciting position, you will be responsible for the preparation of export documents and monitoring export processes through to their completion. The scope of tasks also includes communication with customs authorities, freight forwarders and customs agencies.
In addition, you will be responsible for the system-side maintenance and control of master data in the customs area, in compliance with customs and preferential regulations. Furthermore, the independent planning, disposition as well as the customs processing of raw material exports from our warehouse in Kreuzlingen are part of your daily tasks. The support of the team in the field of customs, customs and foreign trade audits complete the exciting task profile.

Customs Administrator (d/f/m)
Required skills:
  • a successfully completed apprenticeship as a forwarding merchant or a comparable apprenticeship
  • relevant professional experience in the field of customs, especially in import and export handling (EU and Switzerland)
  • relevant experience in the field of customs tariff classification
  • knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
  • very good English skills
  • profound IT knowledge (MS-Office, ideally SAP, customs clearance software)
  • confident appearance and ability to work under pressure
  • structured and goal-oriented work as well as a high degree of initiative
  • strong communication and analytical skills, assertiveness and team spirit
  • passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
