We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer (m/f/d) for Lonza AG (100%). This is a temporary position until the end of 2023 with an opportunity for an extension. - You will act as the functional and technical SME to the Product Owner IAM to drive critical implementations during the SailPoint deployment project.
- Participate in all SailPoint deployment activities ? including but not limited to connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, and the full application onboarding and third-party system integration lifecycle.
- Define, design, and implement application-specific Role Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts and contribute to an enterprise-wide access management strategy.
- Support in developing and configuring SoD policies on an IAM technical level.
- Provide IAM troubleshooting services as part of ongoing project and production support activities by critical analysis to identify and resolve conflicts
- Ability to break down high-level information into actionable work plans.
- Quickly learn about project requirements and industry, while delivering results in a timely fashion
- Assist in data clean up and data quality exercises (e.g. dormant or abandoned accounts etc.) to reduce potential risks of the IAM program’s success.
- University Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent knowledge through experience
- Extensive IT work experience
- Ideally Sailpoint certified IdentityIQ engineer/ development engineer/ security engineer or a similar certification
- Ideally has 5 years of experience in working with multiple IAM-related technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, Azure AD and SaaS applications, preferable in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in SailPoint IIQ configuration & deployments, on multiple types of application servers and operating systems, in on-prem and cloud infrastructure, preferably delivered in containerized environments.
- Has preferably led and engaged in requirements engineering, design, development and testing of the modules/functionalities in SailPoint IIQ.
- Has worked on/ briefly understands integrations of applications leveraging SailPoint provided OOTB connectors. Experience developing custom connectors to support internal business applications Is a plus
- Is self-driven, as well as has good interpersonal skills, written and verbal ? especially in English
