Our client, a Fintech Startup, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst & Modeller to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about data and thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
In this position:
- You will work closely with business partners to analyse data using advanced statistical techniques, providing insightful reports that guide strategic decision-making
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated databases and data collection systems, leveraging primary and secondary sources to gather data and maintain data systems that are accurate and up to date
- You will be an expert in identifying, analysing, and interpreting trends and patterns in complex data sets, providing the necessary insights to drive meaningful action and improve business outcomes
Profile:
- Proven experience in end-to-end Business Intelligence, developing databases, ETL, reporting and Data Analytics using statistical methods
- Proficient in SQL and reporting tools (Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with Cloud technologies (GCP, etc.)
- Strong experience with database designing, data mining, data modelling and reporting
- Knowledge of numerical programming and Statistics (e.g. R, Matlab, Python)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets
- Strong team player with good communication skills across all levels of the organisation
- Degree in Computer Science or other relevant studies
- Fluent English
