• collaborate closely with the crew and pod leads in Metadata Management to report on initiatives progress and identify risks, issues and dependencies
• ensure that committed delivery deadlines are met
• support the teams with their scrum/Kanban boards
• analyze and translate complex content into clear and impactful presentations
• take ownership of business management activities
• active involvement in communication and organizational activities across the function
• build partnerships with various stakeholders to support the achievement of business objectives
• proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimizations
  

Your teamThe Program Office team is part of the Metadata Management stream of the Group Data Management Office (GDMO). The team is responsible for working directly with divisional subject matter experts to enable the delivery of the division’s objectivesGDMO is responsible for embedding a data management culture into the organization by advocating for our strategy and proactively challenging the way the firm works with data. GDMO is made up of approximately 200 people, comprising UBS permanent staff and contractors. In our agile operating model, crews and pods are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs. Your GDMO colleagues are based in multiple locations, including UK, Switzerland, USA and India.Your expertise

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
• ideally 3 years of experience within change management or business management
• strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
• excellent interpersonal skills, sense of ownership and desire to learn
• ability to work within a diverse workforce located in multiple locations
• experience with JIRA and/or Gitlab
• knowledge of agile methodologies beneficial
• background in financial industry and in particular data management advantageous
