Your team


Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation, Risk and Tax departments.

You will join the Data & Tech team of the Finance Department, part of the Geneva-based Corporate Functions Division.

Your role


As a member of the Data & Tech team you will be working on the following tasks:


  • Active involvement in automating data processing and developing data warehouse models for the Group’s financial data and analysis.
  • Working with analysts to gather a full picture of current solutions and processes and the desired improvements.
  • Liaising with other stakeholders potentially impacted by changes and helping to make the necessary calculations.
  • Configuring and optimising data processing procedures.
  • Ensuring after solutions have been deployed that they are appropriate and enriching the MIS capabilities when appropriate.

Your profile


  • University education.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, BusinessObjects) and databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server) including solid SQL-coding skills.
  • Strong data management skills.
  • Analytical skills and a sense of priorities.
  • Solution oriented and able to drive changes/improvements to simplify, enhance and/or automate the processes linked to finance.
  • Experience in machine learning (Python) and/or application development would be a plus.
  • Banking experience would be an asset.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • The successful candidate will be required to reside in Switzerland.
