The presence in the office in Wallisellen on Mondays and Fridays is required.As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.Your main responsibilities will include:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
- Understanding our clients’ needs and providing them with solutions that meet their requirements
- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Collaborating with our internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and services to our clients
- Managing contract negotiations and renewals with our clients
- Providing regular reports to management on the status of your accounts and your progress in achieving your targets
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments that may impact our clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in (key) account management or sales in the technology industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as to plan and manage effectively your time
- Fluency in English and German is a must-have, French is nice to have
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of your time within Switzerland
- Stable employment based on permanent contract with base salary and bonus scheme
- Annual leave of 25 days
