Accountant - (80-100%)



Experis is currently supporting our client, a leading company in the finance industry, in their search for an Accountant. We are looking for an accountant with great knowledge of accounting practices. You speak fluent English and can start immediately? Then please read on and apply!





Location: Zurich

Start: 01.10.2022

Duration: 5 Months



Your tasks:



  • Invoicing and weekly payments
  • Cash allocation
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Support the interim- and yearly audit to ensure accounts are signed-off by the auditors
  • Support with the yearly WHT and VAT filing
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Month- and quartal-end activities, journal postings
  • Supporting ad-hoc tasks and process improvements



Your profile:



  • Fluent spoken and written English, German is a plus
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in related field
  • Good understanding of Balance sheet and P&L
  • Knowledge of Accounting Practices
  • Understanding of accounting and financial processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Finance experience in an international environment
  • Fast learner, proactive, agility to thrive within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  • Experienced MS Office user (Excel (Pivot Tables will be needed, macros not), PowerPoint, Word etc)
