Your field of responsibility


Join us to build our Business Development practice. This means to develop and execute a structured method of transforming business requirements into functioning business code and functions. One the one hand, you will have to analyze business requirements and break them down into bounded contexts and domain, find generic solutions; on the other hand, you will be tasked to improve the efficiency and traceability of our software development process through process, automation, and tooling.

Your future colleagues

Our multi-disciplinary team of highly motivated software developers and business analysts in seven locations around the world supports the mission critical FX/PM trade management solution. We are working on transitioning the legacy code base into a modern micro-service architecture as well as implementing strategic interfaces to downstream systems. Our focus lies on collaboration, engineering excellence, and the development of a sharing culture.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience


You’ll be a good match, if you have:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering
  • Proven ability to abstract over complexities of single problems to domain problems, e.g. through Domain Driven Design
  • Experience in Test Driven Development, Functional Programming and OOP
  • Hands-on expertise in Java, Scala/Kotlin, Javascript/Typescript
  • Worked as a business analyst in a trading organization and understand fundamental workflows and topics
  • Prove experience in building and utilizing micro-tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
