Your field of responsibility


Join us as an assistant relationship manager / junior RM within the UK team in our International Wealth Management division located in Zurich. You have oversight of account openings (e.g. domiciliary companies, foundations, individual accounts) and you support the RM’s in the execution of all tasks and processes (e.g. reputational risk review process, ECPR, CRS ) of a private banking account’s life cycle. You handle securities and foreign exchange transactions, exposure to derivatives, liquidity management, credit issues and all administrative tasks along the client life cycle while always respecting the applicable regulations. You deliver top service to our clients and for ensuring a smooth administration, allowing the Relationship Managers to further develop their business, and allowing you to learn from them.

Your skills and experience


You’ll be a good match, if you:

  • Have a university degree or equivalent education
  • Demonstrate high affinity to the banking and finance sector and have gained at least 3 years of work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager, Junior Relationship Manager or in a similar role (at least 2-3 years of experience in Private Banking)
  • Have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate efficiently at all levels
  • Have a high client- and service- orientation and ideally excellent knowledge of the processes and tools along the Credit Suisse client lifecycle
  • Are highly motivated and possess outstanding team skills; strong ability to cope with pressure, high level of flexibility, strong dedication and attention for detail
  • Are taking responsibility to maintain the highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture in order to meet bank’s policies and obligations
  • Proficiency in English; any other language is an asset
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
